Steel parts manufacturing for international clients
Laser cutting, bending and certified welding subcontractor
Agrital’s steelworks division: laser cutting of tubes and sheet metal, bending, calendering and ISO 3834-certified welding — delivered worldwide.
Welded tanks.
Agrital operates a dedicated division for light and medium steel fabrication on a subcontract basis.
We specialise in laser cutting of tubes and sheet metal, completed in-house with bending, calendering and certified welding — supplying manufacturers across Europe and beyond.
Technology and know how
Active since 2001, our steelworks division today counts 50 skilled staff. Our machine park is sized for both small and medium production runs: 4 laser cutting machines (2 for sheet metal, 2 for tubes), 5 press brakes, 2 calenders, 1 automatic tube bending machine and 21 manual welding stations. We are certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 3834-3.
Our core expertise:
- Tube processing: from 3D laser tube cutting to bending and calendering.
- Wire welding certified to ISO 3834-3, for standard construction steel and structural materials up to S900MC grade sheet metal
Products and services. Special focus for welded tanks.
We manufacture both simple parts and finished, assembled products such as sheet metal covers, hydraulic tanks and street furniture components. Our in-house assembly area installs hydraulic and electronic components, sound-absorbing and heat-insulating linings for covers, and wooden parts for street furniture — every assembled product undergoes a final functional test.
Through a network of qualified suppliers we also offer surface treatments (painting, electrolytic and hot-dip galvanizing) and heat treatments (annealing, nitriding, tempering). Machining for welded structures — milling and boring up to 5 metres — completes the production cycle.
We serve a range of industries: agricultural and earthmoving machinery (driver’s cabins, hydraulic tanks, engine hoods), street furniture and fitness equipment manufacturers, shipbuilding, pressurised heat exchangers, and bent tubes for ultra-light vehicle frames.
Vision: the end user at the center.
We regularly export finished parts and assemblies to customers across Europe, packaged and tested to each client’s specifications. Our technical office works directly from foreign clients’ drawings and specifications (2D/3D file formats) to plan production and logistics from quote to delivery.
Our approach
How can we be a better partner for our customers?
This is the question that guides us every day. We see the end user as our real customer, which means being fully integrated into the supply chain — with flexibility and responsiveness at the core of how we work. We believe specialisation, innovation and ongoing staff training are what make quality possible, and we build on this know-how every day to put it at our clients’ service.
